There may be a slight delay in receiving your order over the festive period. I aim to ship all orders within 1 week. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive until the New Year.

If you change your mind about your order – no worries! If your item has not yet been shipped you can simply request a cancellation. If your order has already been sent out, you can request to return it within 14 days for a full refund.

Sometimes delays happen – once your item is shipped it is out of my hands. If your order has not arrived after 10 working days from dispatch – just let me know and I can look into it for you.
